Art History 101 LLC represents a lifelong determination of the multi-talented artist, Justin “Jay P.” Pross. Jay P has spent many years putting together a master plan for success. In 2007, he founded Art History 101 with the help of family and friends. Art History 101 provides customized fashion and art work which incorporates the creative designs and inspiration of Jay P.
He first began hand painting personalized T-shirts when a good friend passed away a few years back. In order to pay tribute to the departed friend, Jay P. created several shirts for family and friends to wear in remembrance of him. Since then, Jay P has transformed his artistic abilities into an exciting and fresh clothing line that can be worn by everyone. Each item is hand crafted in the heart of Philadelphia but can be seen nationwide and eventually worldwide.
Various musicians have already discovered the artistic talents of Jay P and have worked with him on designs for music videos, concerts and award shows. Some of these artists include: The Game, Method Man, Redman, Daddy Yankee, Young Berg , Sway and Soulja Boy who can be seen wearing Jay P.’s work on the cover of Source Magazine and on MTV.
